The film takes viewers on a journey through the strategies and stories driving change. It highlights the processes entailing applying the best management practices for water efficiency, sustainable methods like agroforestry and crop rotation, and the critical role of cross-border collaboration. Through empowering communities with innovative solutions, the documentary showcases how resilience can be built even in the face of climate challenges. At the heart of this narrative are inspiring individuals who make a difference. From WATDEV PhD students contributing to cutting-edge research to county officials shaping policy, program managers, cooperative leaders, and members of agricultural associations who share their experiences and ground-level insights. Their dedication exemplifies the collective effort required to tackle water scarcity effectively. The video also documents impactful training events conducted in key locations such as Belbeis, Egypt; Tana River, Kenya; the CIHEAM Bari Campus in Italy; and multiple sites across Puglia, Italy.
